• All items must be returned with all protective bags, tags, cards, receipts and invoices in the same condition that you received it

• The following items are final sales and not exchangeable or returnable: Custom made merchandise, Pet Beds, and gift-wrapping.
• Gift Certificates are credited to the original purchaser. All credit will appear on the original credit used

We return all photo and images sent to us for the Photo Memory Pillow. When you send your image to us we suggest that you insure it, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
